New Icon and Solid Backgrounds!

Hi all,

After a few months of use, I found some improvements to make to my condition icons.

• Added a version of the 240x240 icons with a solid white background.
  • This should help to improve visibility when playing with low zoom levels.
• Added a new icon, representing an NHP Cascade.
  • Similar to Intangible, Cascading doesn't have an icon in the base Lancer book, so I had to get a little creative with how I chose to represent it.

Also,  we hit 100 downloads about a month ago, so I wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who downloaded my icon set. Hopefully you can get some good use out of these new changes.
